5.3. Mail exchanges and/or returns

The shipping costs of the products, which will be exchanged or returned by mail, will be at the customer's expense and in no case will Beni Room accept refunds sent in due course.
Once the products have been received, Beni Room will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size if a change has been requested or will proceed to the refund of the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return.
